Shipping policy

Where we ship

We ship to the 48 contiguous United States and Washington, D.C. We do not currently ship to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico or other US territories, APO/FPO/DPO addresses, or outside the United States.

Cost

Standard tracked shipping is free on all orders.

Processing and delivery times

Orders are processed within 1 to 3 business days (Monday to Friday, excluding US federal holidays). Orders ship from a warehouse in the United States and usually arrive 3 to 7 business days after dispatch. These are estimates, not guarantees; carrier delays can happen, especially during the holiday season.

Tracking

When your order ships, we email you a tracking number. Tracking can take up to 48 hours to update.

Address problems

Please check your shipping address at checkout. If you notice a mistake, email us at support@pilamie.com as soon as possible. Once an order has shipped we cannot change the address. We are not responsible for orders delivered to an incorrect address entered at checkout.

Lost or damaged parcels

If tracking shows no movement for 7 business days, or your parcel arrives damaged, email us at support@pilamie.com with your order number and we will help.
